A picker list parameter shows different parameters that a staff member can select after they add the picker list parameter to a flowsheet. A practice manager can make a picker list parameter, and configure the parameters that it shows.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows the General screen.
3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Parameters screen.
4. Select ADD NEW.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Create new parameter dialog box.
5. In the Name box, enter the applicable name.
   
6. In the Default Section box, select the applicable section.
7. In the Picker type box, select Picker List.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Options box.
8. Use the Options box to select each applicable parameter.
   Note: You cannot add medication parameters or group parameters to a picker list.
9. Select SAVE.
