About group parameters

Use group parameters to quickly and easily add many parameters to a flowsheet at the same time.

A practice manager can configure a group parameter. The practice manager can add many parameters to the group parameter. And they can configure the applicable quantity of each parameter.

Note: You cannot add medication parameters, fluid parameters, or a parameter that you have not connected with a practice information management system (PIMS) product record to a group product record.
After a staff member adds the group parameter to a flowsheet, they can record information in a treatment cell of the group parameter. If the staff member records a number, SmartFlow automatically multiplies the quantity of each parameter of the group parameter by the recorded number:

If the staff member records text, SmartFlow records the value of each parameter of the group parameter only:

Note: To see the invoice information of a group parameter, use the Billing report.
Note: If a parameter of the group parameter does not have invoice information, the Billing report does not show the parameter. If a parameter of the group parameter does have invoice information, the parameter and the completed treatment task show a triangle with a green color:
