You can control if parameters automatically sync invoice information to the Billing report and to your practice information management system (PIMS).

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows a General screen.
3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Parameters screen.
4. Select the checkbox that is adjacent to each applicable parameter.
   
5. Select Edit selected.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Edit parameter dialog box.
6. Configure the Billing setting as necessary.
   Note: If a practice manager connected your SmartFlow site to your PIMS, SmartFlow does not show the Billing setting. SmartFlow shows the Events setting.The Events setting shows the name of your PIMS.
7. Select Update.
