Discharge a patient
After you complete a patient's treatment, you can discharge them.
Make sure that you:
- Use the patient information area to record the patient name and file number
- Complete all related forms
- Complete all related anesthetic sheets
- Complete all related dental sheets
- Complete all workflow tasks related to discharge
Note: If you do not record the patient name or the patient file number, it is not possible to discharge the patient.
- Select DISCHARGE PATIENT.SmartFlow shows a Patient Discharge dialog box.
- Select Continue.
