SmartFlow reports
SmartFlow has reports that show clinical care information that you used patient flowsheets to record. For example, the Notes report shows written information and images that you added to a flowsheet.
The SmartFlow reports are:
- Medical records report
- Billing report
- Notes report
- Flowsheet report
- Dental Chart report
- Anesthetic Records report
- Anesthetic Sheet report
Reports for the SmartFlow web app
To show reports with the SmartFlow web app, use the buttons that show below a patient's flowsheet:
SmartFlow usually keeps the output of each report in one dedicated PDF document for each report. As an alternative, a practice manager can configure SmartFlow to put the output of each report in one PDF document. To do the configuration, in the Documents Management settings, they set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to Yes.
Note: If you want to sync output of the Dental Chart report to your PIMS, a practice manager must set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to Yes.
Note: If you discharged a patient with the SmartFlow web app, you can use the All Hospitalizations screen to download patient reports:
