SmartFlow has two reports that show information that is related to a patient's anesthetic sheets. The Anesthetic Sheet report shows monitoring information from the patient's procedure. The Anesthetic Records report shows a plan for the procedure, notes, photos, added treatments, changes in fluid rates, and the procedure's start and end times.

1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
3. Select Forms.
   
   SmartFlow shows forms and reports about the patient.
4. Select the applicable anesthetic report.
   SmartFlow shows a Preview screen.
