Configure the output of the Anesthetic Sheet report

SmartFlow automatically makes an Anesthetic Sheet report after a staff member finalizes an anesthetic sheet. A practice manager can configure which information the report includes and how many pages it has.

For information about the function of each setting, refer to Settings that control the output of the Anesthetic Sheet report.

To configure the report output, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.

Select the user account button.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
In the SETTINGS section, select Anesthetic Sheet.
SmartFlow shows an Anesthetic Sheet screen.
To include the information of the pre-operative page, set INCLUDE PRE-OPERATIVE PAGE to Yes.
To include the emergency drugs pages, set INCLUDE EMERGENCY DRUGS PANE to Yes.
To limit the report to one page, set SCALE ANESTHETIC SHEET ONTO ONE PAGE to Yes.
Note: If you set SCALE ANESTHETIC SHEET ONTO ONE PAGE to Yes, and the anesthetic sheet has a lot of information, the report is possibly not easy to read.

SmartFlow uses the settings that you made for each new Anesthetic Sheet report it makes after a staff member finalizes an anesthetic sheet.
