Give a staff member access to SmartFlow without SmartFlow University

It is usually necessary for staff to complete SmartFlow University before they use SmartFlow. If it is not necessary for a staff member to complete SmartFlow University, a practice manager can give them access to SmartFlow directly.

To give a staff member staff access without SmartFlow University, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

    SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
  3. In the SECURITY section, select Users.

    SmartFlow shows a User management screen.
  4. In the entry of the applicable user account, select Activate.

    SmartFlow shows an Activate user dialog box.
  5. Select Activate.

The specified staff member can use SmartFlow.
