Give a staff member access to SmartFlow without SmartFlow University
It is usually necessary for staff to complete SmartFlow University before they use SmartFlow. If it is not necessary for a staff member to complete SmartFlow University, a practice manager can give them access to SmartFlow directly.
Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.
- Select the user account button.
- Select SETTINGS.SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
- In the SECURITY section, select Users.SmartFlow shows a User management screen.
- In the entry of the applicable user account, select Activate.SmartFlow shows an Activate user dialog box.
- Select Activate.
