About the User management screen

User accounts have information about your staff and control how your staff can use SmartFlow.

The User management screen shows information about each user account in your organization:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Permissions role
  • If the user completed SmartFlow University
  • If the staff member has an active SmartFlow account
Note: A user account's role controls what the user can do in SmartFlow.

To make changes to a box in the table, select the options in the right column of the entry for the applicable user. Then, select Edit user.

Note: You cannot remove your organization's first user account. If you want to make changes to the account information, contact SmartFlow customer support.
Note: Your organization's first user account cannot have the same email address as another user account.
