Download a CSV file for user account import
Before you can import many user accounts to SmartFlow, it is necessary to download a CSV file that has the correct format.
- Select the user account button.
- Select SETTINGS.SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
- In the SECURITY section, select Users.SmartFlow shows a User management screen.
- Select Import users.SmartFlow shows an Import users dialog box.
- Select User List upload template.
- Use a spreadsheet application (for example, Microsoft Excel) to enter the applicable user account information in the CSV file
