Show a patient's forms

SmartFlow can show forms and reports related to a patient.

To show a patient's forms, do this procedure.
  1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
  3. Select Forms.
    The Forms button
    SmartFlow shows forms and reports about the patient.
SmartFlow shows a patient's forms. The Forms section shows forms that the patient owner has not completed, and the Reports section shows forms that they have completed.
