The anesthesia chart
The anesthetic sheet has an anesthesia chart. You can use the anesthesia chart to record patient vitals.
This table shows each patient vital that you can record and its abbreviation:

To change the chart view to a table, select the MONITORING button that shows at the lower-right of the chart.
ezyVet and vitals information sync
Because a patient's vitals during anesthesia are different compared to when they are awake, SmartFlow does not sync vitals information directly to the applicable clinical record in ezyVet. But if you discharge a patient, SmartFlow automatically makes a PDF document of the anesthetic sheet and syncs it to applicable clinical record in ezyVet. The synced PDF document includes the anesthesia chart and the vitals information.
