An anesthetic sheet does not have a dedicated setting that you can use to record epidural information. But SmartFlow does have an alternative method that you can use.

1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
3. Select Anesthetic.
   
   SmartFlow shows the patient's anesthetic sheet.
4. Select Edit.
   
5. Select Preoperative.
   
   SmartFlow shows a Creating new Anesthetic Sheet dialog box.
6. In one of the ADDITIONAL MED boxes, select the applicable medication.
   
   SmartFlow shows the medication settings.
7. In the Route box, enter Epidural.
   
8. In the Dosage box, enter the applicable dose.
9. Make the other settings as necessary.
10. Select Done.
    
11. In a LOCAL/REGIONAL box that is adjacent to the ADDITIONAL MED boxes, enter Epidural.
12. Select Save.
