A practice manager can lock a treatment template or an anesthetic template. If the practice manager locks the template, staff cannot change the treatments of the template or remove the template. If necessary, the practice manager can lock many templates at the same time. As a result, it is not necessary to manually lock each template.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows the General screen.
3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Templates.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Templates screen.
4. Select the checkbox that is adjacent to each template.
   
5. Set LOCK EDITING of one of the templates to ON.
   
   SmartFlow automatically sets LOCK EDITING of each template to ON.
