A staff member cannot sign in to SmartFlow university

If a staff member cannot sign in to their SmartFlow university account, do these troubleshooting steps.

The staff member is not enrolled in a training course

Enroll the staff member in a training course

  1. Sign in to a practice's SmartFlow account.
  2. Select the user account button.
    The user account icon
    SmartFlow shows more settings.
  3. Select SETTINGS.
    The SETTINGS command
    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  4. In the SECURITY section, select Users.
    The Users command
    SmartFlow shows the Users screen.
  5. In the entries that show, find the staff member's name and email address.
  6. If the TRAINING STATUS column shows Not Enrolled | Enroll for the staff member, select Enroll.
Note: When you select Enroll, SmartFlow subtracts the training from the number of training courses that are available for the practice to use. If the practice does not have any training courses available, each training has a cost.
Note: If the TRAINING STATUS column shows Passed, the staff member has completed the applicable training course. After a staff member completes a training course, SmartFlow sends them an email with the email address and temporary password that they use to sign in to SmartFlow.

  11. Make an easy password for the staff member.
  12. Select Update.
  13. Copy the password and paste it in an email or in a ticket to the staff member.
Important: Do not select Send New Password to User to send the password to the staff member.

  14. Send the email or ticket with the password to the staff member.
