Do this troubleshooting if a training video in SmartFlow university does not operate correctly.
Note: SmartFlow university uses the video streaming company Vimeo to show training videos.

Your browser has a pop-up blocker extension

Change the pop-up blocker settings

  1. Find the pop-up blocker extension in your browser.
  2. Change its settings to let pop-ups show.

A firewall prevents correct communication with Vimeo

Make sure your organization's firewall has the necessary configuration

A video has a general problem

Contact SmartFlow tech support team

  1. Use a screenshot app to visually record information about the problem.
    Note: Make sure that your screenshot:
    • Shows the full browser window that has the problem
    • Shows the address box in your web browser
  2. If applicable, include information about the video that has the problem. For example, the name of the video.
  3. Send the screenshot and related information to the SmartFlow tech support team.
