Ask for more training

You can ask for more training. After you ask for more training, a customer success manager or a product specialist will contact you to give you the necessary training.

Make sure that your user account has level six user account permissions.
To ask for more training, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. Select Training Request.
    The Training Request button
    Your browser shows the SmartFlow Request For Additional Training form in a new tab.
  4. Answer the questions of the form.
  5. Select Submit.
A customer success manager or a product specialist will contact you to give you the necessary training.
