Workflow view mode

Whiteboards have a workflow view mode. Use workflow view mode to show tasks that are not necessary to complete at a scheduled time.

Workflow view mode shows:
  • The patient card of each patient
  • The workflow tasks of each patient

Workflow tasks in workflow view mode
Each workflow task as shown in workflow view mode shows:
  • The workflow task name
  • The time since a staff member completed the previous workflow task
You can use workflow view mode to:
  • Complete workflow tasks
  • Add or remove workflow tasks
  • Add checklists to workflow tasks
Note: You cannot use workflow view mode to change the sequence of workflow tasks.
After you complete a workflow task in workflow view mode, the whiteboard identifies that the task is completed. To identify a completed task, SmartFlow:
  • Adds a tick icon
  • Changes the workflow task to a gray color
  • Adds a line through the name of the workflow task
