Pilot features

A practice manager can change the sequence of patients that whiteboards show.

To change the sequence, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.

Select the user account button.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
In the Default sorting order box, select a sequence for whiteboards to show patients.

Whiteboards show patients in the specified sequence.
