A practice manager can enable a property to automatically enter applicable data. For example, the practice manager can configure a consent form to automatically enter patient information. As a result, the client does not need to enter information again.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows a General screen.
3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Forms screen.
