Configure SmartFlow to automatically email reports after you discharge a patient

A practice manager can configure SmartFlow to automatically email a patient's reports after you discharge the patient.

To configure SmartFlow, do this procedure.
Note: If you configured SmartFlow to automatically sync reports to your practice information management system (PIMS), you cannot configure SmartFlow to email reports.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

  3. In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.

  4. Set SEND EMAIL to Yes.
    The SEND EMAIL setting set to Yes
  5. In the EMAIL ADDRESS box, enter the applicable email address.
SmartFlow has the configuration. When you discharge a patient, SmartFlow automatically sends an email to the email address that you recorded in the EMAIL ADDRESS box.
