A flowsheet has the wrong date after you sync a patient to SmartFlow

When you sync a patient to SmartFlow, SmartFlow automatically makes a patient sheet. The patient sheet shows the date and the day of the flowsheet. If the flowsheet shows the wrong date, do these troubleshooting steps.

A practice manager can configure the start date and time of the flowsheet. For example, the practice manager can select the flowsheet to start at 8:00 am. If you sync the patient to SmartFlow before 8:00 am, SmartFlow shows that you synced the patient yesterday. As a result, the patient sheet shows the wrong date.

Add one more flowsheet

  1. Go to the whiteboard.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
  3. Select ADD 24 HOURS.

  4. Select Copy or Template.

    Note: To copy the same information as the flowsheet of the day before, select Copy.
    Note: To add a treatment template, select Template.
