SmartFlow does not sync records to your PIMS
If SmartFlow does not sync medical records or invoice data to your practice information management system (PIMS), do these troubleshooting steps.
A practice manager configured SmartFlow to not sync SmartFlow reports
Enable the EXPORT DOCUMENTS TO EMR setting
- Select the user account button.SmartFlow shows more settings.
- Select SETTINGS.SmartFlow shows the General screen.
- In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.SmartFlow shows the Documents Management screen.
Configure SmartFlow to sync records
- Select the user account button.SmartFlow shows more settings.
- Select SETTINGS.SmartFlow shows the General screen.
- Select EMR.SmartFlow shows the EMR Integration screen.
A practice manager did not connect SmartFlow parameters to PIMS product records
Map parameters to PIMS products
- Select the user account button.SmartFlow shows more settings.
- In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.SmartFlow shows the Parameters screen.
- Find the applicable parameter and select the pencil icon.Note: The table shows parameters that are not mapped at the bottom of the table. Scroll down the table until the table shows the parameters that do not show a name in the DISPLAY NAME column.SmartFlow shows the Add inventory item dialog box.
- Make sure that the Name ( generated ) box shows the correct name.
- Select Save & Next.SmartFlow shows the settings of one more parameter that you have not mapped.
