SmartFlow does not sync reports to your PIMS

If you configured the SmartFlow integration with your practice information management system (PIMS) , SmartFlow automatically syncs reports when you discharge a patient. SmartFlow cannot sync more than one report to some PIMS. As a result, SmartFlow only syncs the Flowsheet report. If SmartFlow only syncs the Flowsheet report. do these troubleshooting steps.

Configure SmartFlow to sync one report

  1. Select the user account button.

    SmartFlow shows more settings.
  2. Select SETTINGS.

    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.
    The Documents Management command
    SmartFlow shows the Documents Management screen.
  4. Set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to YES.
