If you add images or videos to a treatment cell of a SmartFlow flowsheet, SmartFlow automatically syncs the image or video to ezyVet. For example, if you add an image of a patient after you completed their treatment, SmartFlow automatically syncs the image to ezyVet. As a result, it is not necessary to add the same image in SmartFlow and in ezyVet.

Note: Before SmartFlow can sync images and videos of a treatment, a practice manager must set ezyVet Events in the applicable parameter inSmartFlow to ON:

The image that follows shows an example of:

• An image that a staff member added to a treatment cell in SmartFlow
• The image in an ezyVet clinical record after the sync is completed

Note: ezyVet customer support does not recommend that you add more than one image or video to each treatment cell in SmartFlow. If you add more than one image or video, SmartFlow only syncs the first image or video that you added to the cell to ezyVet.
