Make a support ticket (iPad)

If SmartFlow does not operate correctly, you can make a support ticket. After IDEXX customer support receives the ticket, they can help with your problem.

Do the following steps:
  1. Try to find the applicable documentation at docs.smartflowsheet.com.
  2. Restart your iPad.
  3. Remove the SmartFlow app from your iPad and install it again.
  4. Restart your wireless network.
  5. Make sure that your iPad has email configured.
To make a support ticket, do this procedure.
Note: Make a ticket immediately after you find a problem. When you make a support ticket with an iPad, SmartFlow sends a record of the last 15 minutes of the iPad screen. The record can help IDEXX customer support to repair the problem.
  1. On the leftmost side of the whiteboard, select the bug button.
    SmartFlow shows the 24/7 EMAIL SUPPORT dialog box.
  2. Select the applicable option in the Type of report and Urgency boxes.
  3. Select Submit.
    SmartFlow makes an email message with an attachment and the IDEXX customer support email address in the To: box.
  4. Enter as much information as possible about your problem in the email message.
    Tip: You can include screenshots and videos.
  5. Send the email message.
  1. IDEXX customer support receives your support ticket.
  2. After IDEXX customer support makes changes to your support ticket, you automatically receive an email message.
