The IDEXX Clinic ID helps IDEXX customer support to identify your organization. It is possible that IDEXX customer support will ask for your IDEXX Clinic ID during a phone call.

1. Select the user account button.
   
2. Select ACCOUNT.
   
   SmartFlow shows your account information.
3. In the Clinic section, find IDEXX CLINIC ID.
   Note: If SmartFlow does not show your IDEXX Clinic ID, contact IDEXX customer support.
