About SmartFlow user accounts
User accounts have information about your staff and control how your staff can use SmartFlow.
The Users screen shows information about each user account in your organization:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Role
- Training status
- If the staff member has an SFS account
Note: A user account's role controls what the user can do in SmartFlow.
To make changes to a box in the table, double-click the box.
Note: You cannot remove your organization's first user account. If you want to make changes to the account information, contact SmartFlow customer support.
Note: Your organization's first user account cannot have the same email address as another user account.
