Make a support ticket (iPad)
If SmartFlow does not operate correctly, you can make a support ticket. After IDEXX customer support receives the ticket, they can help with your problem.
- Try to find the applicable documentation at docs.smartflowsheet.com.
- Restart your iPad.
- Remove the SmartFlow app from your iPad and install it again.
- Restart your wireless network.
- Make sure that your iPad has email configured.
- IDEXX customer support receives your support ticket.
- After IDEXX customer support makes changes to your support ticket, you automatically receive an email message.
