Whiteboards: Workflow mode
Whiteboards have a workflow mode. Use workflow mode to show workflow tasks for all patients in the whiteboard.
Note: This feature is only available for Early Adopters customers. The feature will be available for all customers at a later date.
Each workflow task as shown in workflow mode shows:
- The workflow task name
- The time since a staff member completed the previous workflow task
- A color that represents the task's status
You can use workflow mode to:
- Complete workflow tasks
- Add or remove workflow tasks
- Add checklists to workflow tasks
Note: You cannot use workflow mode to change the sequence of workflow tasks.
| Status | Color | What the color means |
|---|---|---|
| Upcoming | Blue | The workflow task does not have an active timer yet. |
| In progress | Yellow | The timer of the workflow task is running. The task is not complete or overdue. |
| Complete | Green | A staff member completed the workflow task. |
| Overdue | Gold | The workflow task is past due and not complete. |
