Whiteboards: Workflow mode

Whiteboards have a workflow mode. Use workflow mode to show workflow tasks for all patients in the whiteboard.

Note: This feature is only available for Early Adopters customers. The feature will be available for all customers at a later date.

Each workflow task as shown in workflow mode shows:
  • The workflow task name
  • The time since a staff member completed the previous workflow task
  • A color that represents the task's status
You can use workflow mode to:
  • Complete workflow tasks
  • Add or remove workflow tasks
  • Add checklists to workflow tasks
Note: You cannot use workflow mode to change the sequence of workflow tasks.

Yellow workflow task
The timer of the workflow task is running. The task is not complete or overdue.

The workflow task is past due and not complete.
