What's new

Pilot features

You can configure the information that a whiteboard shows, and the order of patients in the whiteboard.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.

Select the user account button.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
In the SETTINGS section, select Whiteboards.
SmartFlow shows a Whiteboards screen.
Find the whiteboard that you want to change.
Select the ellipsis button of the applicable whiteboard.
SmartFlow shows a list of settings.
Select Edit whiteboard.
SmartFlow shows settings to make changes to the whiteboard.
Make changes to settings as necessary.
Select Save whiteboard.

The whiteboard shows the information that you configured.
