Change the sequence of patients shown in whiteboards automatically
A practice manager can change the sequence of patients that each whiteboard shows. Each whiteboard can have a different sequence.
You set the sequence for each whiteboard on the Whiteboards settings page. When you change the sequence for one whiteboard, the other whiteboards do not change.
Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.
- Select the user account button.
- Select SETTINGS.SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
- In the SETTINGS section, select Whiteboards.SmartFlow shows a Whiteboards screen.
- Select the ellipsis button of the applicable whiteboard.SmartFlow shows a list of settings.
- Select Edit whiteboard.SmartFlow shows settings to make changes to the whiteboard.
- In the Primary sort box, select a sequence for the whiteboard to show patients.
- Select Save whiteboard.
The whiteboard shows patients in the sequence that you selected. Other whiteboards do not change.
