You cannot remove a user account

If you cannot remove a user account, do these troubleshooting steps.

Your user account does not have level 6 user account permissions

A practice manager must change your user account permissions

A practice manager must either remove the applicable user account, or they can change your user account permissions.

The email address of the user account is used as an organization's first user for a different SmartFlow site

For example, if a practice manager used the email address as the first email address for a trial SmartFlow site, and they did not remove the initial trial site.

Contact the IDEXX customer support team

You must speak to IDEXX customer support. Only IDEXX customer support can change the first email address of a SmartFlow site.
