Remove the space after the email address
- Select Close.
- Double click the applicable EMAIL box and remove the space after the email address.

You did not record the email address correctly
For example, if you did not record the domain name of the email address.
Record the correct email address
- Select Close.
- Double click the applicable EMAIL box.
- Make sure that the email address is correct.

A practice manager used the email address as an SFS email for a different organization
If a practice manager used the email address as an SFS email a different organization, you cannot use the email address again (for example, if they used the email address for a trial account).
