SmartFlow shows the Failed to save users dialog box

If SmartFlow shows the Failed to save users dialog box, do these troubleshooting steps.
Tip: After you select Close, the row of the applicable user account shows a red color.

You entered a space after the email address

Remove the space after the email address

  1. Select Close.
  2. Double click the applicable EMAIL box and remove the space after the email address.
  3. Select SAVE.

You did not record the email address correctly

For example, if you did not record the domain name of the email address.

Record the correct email address

  1. Select Close.
  2. Double click the applicable EMAIL box.
  3. Make sure that the email address is correct.
  4. Select SAVE.

A practice manager used the email address as an SFS email for a different organization

If a practice manager used the email address as an SFS email a different organization, you cannot use the email address again (for example, if they used the email address for a trial account).

Only the IDEXX customer support team can change an SFS email.
