Change the role of a user account

SmartFlow user accounts have roles. The roles have different permissions. A practice manager can change the role of a SmartFlow user account.

Make sure that your user account has the level 6 role.
To change the permissions role, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

  3. In the SECURITY section, select Users.

  4. Select the arrow of the ROLE box of the applicable user account.

  5. Select the applicable role.
  6. Select Save.

The user account has the role.
