Reset your password (iPad method)

If you do not know your password, you can reset it. For example, if you forget your password.

To reset your password, do this procedure.
  1. Select the SmartFlow app.
    SmartFlow shows the Login screen.
  2. Select Reset Password.
    SmartFlow shows the Reset Password screen.
  3. In the EMAIL box, enter your email address.
  4. Select the arrow button that has a blue color.
    SmartFlow sends an email to your email address.
  5. Copy the URL in the email address and paste it into your browser.
    SmartFlow shows the Reset Password screen.
  6. In the NEW PASSWORD box, enter a new password.
  7. In the CONFIRM PASSWORD box, enter the password again.
  8. Select the arrow button that has a blue color.
Your user account has a new password.
