A patient's flowsheet has an incorrect date

The PIMS synced the patient to SmartFlow before the flowsheet start time

A practice manager can configure the start time of the flowsheet (for example, a start time of 8:00 AM). If your PIMS syncs the patient to SmartFlow before the configured start time, SmartFlow shows that the PIMS synced the patient yesterday.

You manually added the patient to SmartFlow before the flowsheet start time

A practice manager can configure the start time of the flowsheet (for example, a start time of 8:00 AM). If you added the patient to SmartFlow before the configured start time, SmartFlow shows that you added the patient yesterday.

Add one more flowsheet

  1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
  3. Select Add 24 Hrs.
    SmartFlow shows a Select a Template dialog box.
  4. Select Copy or Template.

    Note: To use the information from the flowsheet of the previous day for the new flowsheet, select Copy.
    Note: To add information from a treatment template to the new flowsheet, select Template.
