Medication treatment settings
After you add a medication treatment to a patient's flowsheet, SmartFlow shows treatment settings for the medication. Use the settings to record information about the medication and when to do the treatment.
This table shows each setting of a medication treatment and its function:

| Total dose | Total dose shows the total quantity of the medication that you give to a patient. After you enter dosage information, SmartFlow automatically calculates the total dose. Note: If you know the total quantity that you want to give to a patient, you can enter the value in Total dose. As a result, SmartFlow automatically calculates the dosage. | No. | |
