SmartFlow treatments synced to ezyVet have a quantity of zero
If you recorded a value of a treatment in SmartFlow and SmartFlow synced a zero quantity to ezyVet, do this troubleshooting.
A practice manager set the ezyVet Events setting of the applicable parameter to OFF
Set the ezyVet Events setting of the applicable parameter to ON

When added a treatment to a flowsheet, you did not complete the configuration of the treatment
Complete the configuration of the applicable treatment
- Find and select the applicable treatment.SmartFlow shows a dialog box with settings that you can use to configure the treatment:
- ERROR - unresolved reference (smartflow-task-reusables-1)If you added a fluid product to the flowsheet, SmartFlow shows the maintenance rate. If you added a medication product to the flowsheet, SmartFlowt shows the concentration.
