A flowsheet has treatment tasks at the incorrect time
If you make a flowsheet, and the flowsheet shows scheduled treatment tasks at the incorrect time, do these troubleshooting steps.
A staff member selected Copy when they made a flowsheet
If you select Copy when you make a flowsheet, SmartFlow automatically schedules treatment tasks at the same time as the flowsheet of the day before. If you scheduled treatment tasks at different times to the treatment tasks of the treatment template, SmartFlow schedules treatment tasks at the same time again.
To prevent unnecessary scheduled treatment tasks, select Template. Then you can select the same treatment template again. As a result, SmartFlow only schedules treatment tasks at the correct times.
Remove the unnecessary treatment tasks
- Select the pencil button.SmartFlow shows buttons that you can use to add treatments to the flowsheet and make changes to flowsheet treatments.
