SmartFlow Knowledge Center: New and published

What's new

You can use SmartFlow to record when a veterinarian completes a shift.

To do end of shift billing, do this procedure.

Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
Select the applicable patient card.
SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
Select END OF SHIFT BILLING.
SmartFlow shows an Add Shift dialog box.
Use the DVM on duty box to select the applicable veterinarian.
Use the End of shift box to select the date and time that the veterinarian's shift ended.
Select Done.

The flowsheet shows a green color to identify the time that the veterinarian ended their shift.
