SmartFlow does not sync products of an anesthetic sheet to RxWorks
If a client adds products to a patient's anaesthetic sheet, and SmartFlow does sync the changes to RxWorks, do these troubleshooting steps.
The task-dispensing-import background task is not operating correctly
Do a check of the task-dispensing-import background task
Make sure that the products show in the incomplete visits section, and that the background task is operating correctly.
The client's RxWorks site is not on version 5.2
Upgrade the client's RxWorks site to version 5.2
After you upgrade the client's RxWorks site to version 5.2, SmartFlow can sync the products of the anesthetic sheet to RxWorks.
