A practice manager did not sync the user account of the veterinarian of the patient to SmartFlow

Sync the user account of the veterinarian to SmartFlow

  1. Sign in to RxWorks.
  2. Select Task Panel.
  3. Select Tools & Utilities.
  4. Select Products & Services.
  5. Select Send Rx Info to SmartFlow.
    RxWorks shows the Send Rx Information to Smartflow Repository screen.
  6. Select Send Users.
  7. Select Send.
