Product sync from SmartFlow to Neo
If a Neo consultation has the Draft status, SmartFlow can sync flowsheet products and changes to flowsheet products to the consultation.
If you remove products from a SmartFlow flowsheet, SmartFlow syncs the removal to the applicable Neo consultation.
If you remove all instructions from a cell in a SmartFlow flowsheet, SmartFlow removes the related product from the applicable Neo consultation. The removal is a result of the sync that SmartFlow does.
Product sync from SmartFlow to Neo is only possible when a Neo consultation has the Draft status. When you select Ready to Pay for the consultation, SmartFlow cannot sync products to the consultation. Thus, SmartFlow cannot sync products to Neo consultations that have these statuses:
- Unpaid
- Partly Paid
- Paid
