If SmartFlow syncs a report to ezyVet that you cannot open, do this troubleshooting. An example of an error message that your browser could show when you try to open a report is Failed to load PDF document.
Note: After SmartFlow syncs a SmartFlow report to ezyVet, the Attachments section of the clinical record shows the report. If the synced report shows a file size of 0.00 B, you cannot open the report:
A practice manager did not configure SmartFlow to save reports
Configure SmartFlow to save applicable reports
Select the user account button.
SmartFlow shows more settings.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General screen.
In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.
SmartFlow shows a Documents Management screen.
Set EXPORT DOCUMENTS TO EMR to Yes.
In the FILES TO RETAIN AFTER DISCHARGE SECTION, set each report that you want SmartFlow to sync to ezyVet to Yes.
