SmartFlow treatments synced to ezyVet have a quantity of zero

If you recorded a treatment quantity in SmartFlow but SmartFlow synced a zero quantity to ezyVet, do this troubleshooting.

A practice manager set the ezyVet Events setting of the applicable treatment to OFF

Set ezyVet Events to ON

  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

    SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
  3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.

  4. Select the applicable treatment.

  5. Set ezyVet Events to ON.

  6. Select Update.
