Standard items in Lists Management

SmartFlow supplies a standard set of units of measurement for the medication tables in lists management configuration.

SmartFlow uses the concentration and the dosage of a medication to calculate a safe dosage range. To calculate this correctly, each measure and each volume must have a known meaning. Thus, these tables have standard units of measurement:
  • Concentration Measure
  • Concentration Volume
  • Medication Dosage Measure
  • Medication Dosage Volume

A measurement that is not a standard item can have a different meaning in each clinic. You can change the description of a standard unit of measurement, but you cannot change its name. You also cannot remove a standard unit of measurement.

Note: The Medication Route list has a standard set of items, but these items are not standard items. You can change them or remove them.
