If some items of drop-down lists are not necessary, a practice manager can remove them.

1. Select the user account button.
   
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Lists Management.
   
4. At the top of the screen, select the name of the list, then select the applicable list.
   
   SmartFlow shows the items of the applicable list.
5. Select checkboxes of the applicable items.
   Note: You cannot select a standard unit of measurement. Thus, Select all does not select one.
6. Select Delete.
   
   Note: You can remove a maximum of 1000 items at the same time.
   SmartFlow shows a dialog box with a warning message.
7. Select Delete items.
