How SmartFlow calculates and records medication quantities in the Billing report

The value that you enter when you when you complete a medication treatment task can change what SmartFlow shows in the Billing report.

Note: For SmartFlow to record medication quantities in invoices, set Billing to On for a medication treatment.

  • If you enter your initials, SmartFlow uses the quantity from the parameter setting Total dose
  • If you enter a number, SmartFlow uses the number for the quantity
This table shows how SmartFlow records medication quantities:
  • If you enter your initials when you complete a treatment task
  • If you enter a number when you complete a treatment task
