VisionVPM shows an error message when you try to admit a patient

If VisionVPM shows a Error - The hospitalisation was not successfully sent to Smart Flow error message, do these troubleshooting steps.

You selected the incorrect vet code

Select a different vet code

You cannot sync a patient to SmartFlow if you select the user account of a nurse. You must select the user account of a veterinarian.

A practice manager has not synced the user account of the applicable vet to SmartFlow

Sync VisionVPM user accounts to SmartFlow

  1. Sign in the VisionVPM.
  2. Select Maintenance.
  3. Select System Defaults.
  4. Select SmartFlow Setup.
    VisionVPM shows the Smart Flow Sheet Setup pop-up window.
  5. Use the Stock Analysis Group box to select Send to Smart Flow.
  6. Select the Send Vets to Smart Flow button.
